Tattooing Again, Part III

So, the actual reason for even starting to tattoo again was to do this particular piece on my wife’s hip. This tattoo was ten years old and had faded badly. There were no visible outlines because it was done with sort of a brush style, using only a flat six needle shader to lay down the ink. A few days after the tattoo was originally done, it bled out pretty badly; actually leaving an ink imprint on a skirt she was wearing at a holiday party. Ink imprints on clothing a few days after getting a new tattoo are never a good sign.
At any rate, doing all of these other pieces and not fixing that one was something that had to be addressed. Last night it was.
