Michael Jackson

Ye Olde Activity Log would appear to be showing a trend in people searching this site for a piece about Michael Jackson. The text of an article on Michael Jackson by Mary A. Fischer that appeared in GQ, October 1994, can be found here. Maybe that shortcut will help them out a wee bit.

I watched the Ed Bradley interview. I think Michael is pretty weird; however, I still don’t think he is out to harm anyone’s children. The biggest mistake he has made (based on reading the above article) is not fighting the charges the first time.

Begging For Nickels

Any time you find yourself particularly bored—perhaps with a few extra dollars in your pocket—feel free to buy something on this list. Some things on the list are are relatively cheap and some things are even cheaper than that.

You will be contributing to hours and hours of wonderment and fascination that are so wholesome I could even tell my mother about it. Not that I wouldn’t tell my mother about things that are unwholesome but you could feel better knowing that you spared her those conversations.

New Equipment

Polarization filter vs. unfiltered

I received two new camera lenses for Christmas—a Canon 50mm f1.8 II and a Canon 28mm f2.8. This afternoon I picked up a circular polarizing filter for shooting outdoors.

Here are nine photos of a drive along Fort Lauderdale Beach.
